When you donate to Good Samaritan In-Home Hospice you are supporting the mission of providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing life-limiting illness as well as to their families and friends.

Hospice serves persons of any age with a life -limiting illness.  Lifespan ensures that anyone needing hospice care within our service areas receives it.  Our hospice care is based on need- not on ability to pay.

Our biggest supporters are often those people -friends and family members- of the patients we have been privileged to serve.  They have experienced first hand the “Hospice experience” provided by Good Samaritan In-Home Hospice and our Hospice Residence.

What your donation supports

As a Hospice Donor your donation is put to work by supporting a wide range of items, service and support that enhances the comfort and emotional needs of our hospice patients and their family. These can include:

• Comprehensive Care Items:   Lifespan supports the care of individuals that are uninsured, under-insured or do not have the means to pay for their care.  Your donation is used to help provide for the medication, equipment and supplies that are required in these circumstances.
• Personal Care Items:  Gowns, bed linens, personal Hygiene items and other basic items that support the care and comfort of a hospice patient.
• Special Wishes Program:   Our Special Wishes program provides items, services and support that goes beyond the realm of traditional hospice services.  Learn more about our Special Wishes prgram.
